Brand Story

During our studies in Europe, we discovered the region's rich pet culture. Whether in the cafes of Paris, the alleys of Rome, or the parks of Berlin, pets and their owners could be seen enjoying the beauty of life together. This pet-friendly environment deeply moved us.

However, throughout the travels, we also noticed a common issue: traveling with pets was not as romantic and carefree as it seemed. In reality, it posed many challenges.

  • Preparing travel essentials was time-consuming and often left people in a rush.
  • The fatigue of long journeys and anxiety from unfamiliar environments affected pets' moods and could lead to health problems.
  • In public places, pet behavior had to be constantly monitored, often requiring the use of leashes.
  • Pet hygiene and cleanliness were ongoing concerns.

From these firsthand experiences, the idea of creating a service brand that truly addressed the challenges of traveling with pets began to take root in our minds.

One day at a café in Amsterdam, we began discussing the future venture,and envisioned a brand that could provide seamless travel experiences for pets and their owners, a brand that could make every journey simple, joyful, and safe. Thus, the name "TailOnTrail" was born, symbolizing the belief in happy travels for pets and their owners.
